Our designer sales persons are very trained in long years and holds professional degree in design field. They are ready to listen to homeowner’s once in a lifetime dream remodel project. In-House design service is free. We visit homeowner’s house for design free of charge with purchase of our materials.
- PREPARATION: Homeowner to bring quick diagram of looking down view of the area with dimension and a few pictures of surrounding area.
- BRAINSTORMING: Homeowner to tell us his/her stories of remodeling project. Our experienced designer/sales person will translate the stories into an architectural/interior design language
- SELECTION: Our designer to help homeowner to select the material representing his/her visions of the project, kitchen, bath, or interior in general whatever it may be.
- DESIGN : Our designer to sketch all verbal communication into three dimensional perspectives so that homeowner should have clear vision of the area/room and understand how all different components put together
- ESTIMATE: Calculate the design into dollars and cents. We adjust with minimum material/design change to customers given budget.
- ORDER: All materials to be ordered with payment.
Installation Service
Homeowner is free to choose his/her own installer but homeowner can take our discounted installation rate if homeowner choose to do so. Our installers are very experienced in all phases of house construction including tile/wood/slab counter top.
- SCHEDULING: Job schedule to be arranged between homeowner and installer. Installer picks up all material and brings to homeowner’s house to install. We encourage all our customer to have continuous constructive dialogue with installer to have best result knowing correction of mistakes is always messy and costly.
